Motivation and Inspiration Day
It is the beginning of a New Year! Jan 2nd is Motivation and Inspiration Day. What motivates or inspires you? Do you see some changes in store for you for the New Year? I know that we are just getting over a big holiday, and your budget may be feeling the pinch. However, if you are inspired by a family member, show your appreciation by making them breakfast or even taking some time out of your busy schedule to spend it with them.
Set Goals
If you do not feel motivated just yet, think of some goals that you hope to achieve by the end of the year and work towards those goals. Remember to set your limits high, but not something impossible. Work towards that goal a little at a time and never give up. Each time you complete a certain milestone towards that goal, reward yourself with a little gift that you have been wanting for a while. Go ahead and become motivated to make some lifestyle changes. You may just surprise yourself at just how much you can accomplish within a year!
