Many people are making a making a lifestyle change and switching from a regular diet to one that is gluten-free. Gluten is a protein that is found in rye, barley, wheat, malts, spelt, kamut, and triticale. Oats may also be included in the list of grains to avoid. The reason behind people switching their diets to become gluten-free may be due to the fact that they want to lose weight, or because of medical reasons. They might have found that they have an slight allergy to gluten, or suffer from Celiac disease. Choosing a gluten-free lifestyle can be difficult, especially if you do not have a clue as to what food products to avoid when you go shopping.
