Some new news to tell my international blog followers! Warby Parker, a successful eyeglass supplier in the US is now opening a store in Toronto, Canada. This is great news for those looking for sunglasses or prescription glasses. Their new store is scheduled to open on Aug. 6th, at 684 Queen St. West.
Warby Parker is so excited about their new store opening. In fact, they are busy putting on the final touches. Word has it that this store has classic libraries in mind! Books about the city and even some from local authors will be a feature. The deco will be in line with libraries in mind. Custom-made brass library lamps, Terrazzo-tiled floors, colorful books, and suspended globe lighting!

Customer service reps will be on hand to help you choose a frame or two, opticians will be on hand to make frame adjustments. They also have a custom app called Bookmark, that automatically measures the frames that you tried on.
Frames start at the low price of $150 Canadian dollars, and that also includes prescription lenses. With free returns and free shipping, you are really saving some serious cash! Non-prescription glasses are available immediately. Prescription glasses will take a couple of days.
Warby Parker also has a donation program, that works like this. You buy a pair of glasses from them and they donate a pair of glasses to someone in need.
They also have a Try-On Program. When you sign up for this program, they will send you 5 of your favorite frames to try on at home for free.
Canadian customers can take advantage of purchasing two of their most popular frames in these exquisite colors. The Durand in Moss or the Chamberlain in Jet Black. These are available for online purchases or in-store purchases, but only for a limited time.
