FollowThis Valentines Day bake up this Raspberry Cheesecake Brownie for two. It only takes a couple of ingredients to make and makes a spectacular dessert for yourself or to share with that someone special.
Ingredients-
1 container Philadelphia Cheesecake
1 box of Brownie Mix
Raspberry Pie Filling or the filling of your choice
Method-
Mix brownie in bowl according to the directions on the package. Bake brownie mix in a small Bundt pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 for approximately 25 minutes, or until done. You may test this with a cake tester or the tip of a knife inserted to make sure that it is not wet.
Take the baked brownie out of the oven and poke a couple of holes into the brownie. You can use a straw to do this. Take a baggie and place some of the raspberry pie filling into the bag, clip a small corner of the bag and then squeeze some of the raspberry jam into the holes. Afterwards, top the baked brownie with Philadelphia Cheesecake.
After you have topped the brownie with the cheesecake spread, spread some of the raspberry filling over the top.
Now it is ready to eat. You can choose to eat it yourself or even share it with a special someone on Valentine`s Day.
