True Citrus– provides cold-pressed and crystalized citrus products for both the foodservice industry and for consumer use. There are many benefits of using their products as opposed to fresh fruit. The advantage of choosing True Citrus over fresh citrus produce is that there is a longer shelf life as there is no chance of spoilage, it is cost-effective as it is less expensive then purchasing the fruit in off-season, when it is higher priced.
True Lemon is 100% natural and is made from the juice and oil from the lemon. It was created by a professional chef who recognized the need to have a product that was natural, natural tasting as well as accessible to everyone, no matter what time of year.
I received a generous supply of True Citrus products for the purpose of a review. From their Cooking, Baking and Beverage line I received one box each of True Lemon, True Lime and True Orange. Each of these boxes contained 32 packets for either cooking, baking or beverage use.
Lots of flavor in True Lemon, True Lime and True Orange. And lots of ways you can use this product as well. Orange Chicken, Lime and Mint Peppered Steak, or even Lemon Peppered Shrimp. Totally fantastic flavor.
The next item was a box of True Original Lemonade and a box of True Raspberry Lemonade to use in water. Each box contains 10 stick packets which is quite compact and handy for at home or for use while traveling.
Love the taste of the True Raspberry Lemonade! It is a great thirst quencher! The kids prefer the True Original Lemonade.
I also received a box of 32 packets of True Grapefruit to add to my water and a canister of True Lemon Iced Tea to add to water. The True Lemon Iced Tea will make 6-2 quart packets.
The True Lemon Iced Tea tastes great, however, I will leave the True Grapefruit for hubs to try.
The last two items are for cooking, baking and seasoning and will come in very handy. One was a True Lemon shaker (seasoning) and the other was a True Lime shaker (seasoning).
Absolutely LOVE the True Lemon and True Lime shakers! These seasonings are full of flavor and punch! The True Lemon or True Lime tastes great on all types of seafood and chicken! YUMMY!
Another thing that I love about the True Citrus products is that they no preservatives, no sugar, no calories, no carbohydrates, no fat, no sodium, no artificial flavors and 25% of RDA of Vitamin C.
