For those of you who like gluten-free, natural food should check out what products Goldbaums has to offer! The products were first offered to the general public way back in 1998, when a concerned father decided that he would produce his own line of gluten-free products after finding out that three of his five children needed this type of food source.
Not only has Goldbaums branched out into gluten-free, natural food, they have come up with a product known as Wonder Meals. Wonder Meals are all natural with no preservatives, compact and easy for traveling. These Wonder Meals are convenient and affordable. All you do is toss them in the microwave and presto, dinner is served. Another thing that is amazing about the Wonder Meals is that they have a shelf life of 36 months.
There are four different varieties of Goldbaums Wonder Meals and they are; Goulash, Beef Stuffed Cabbage, Bone in Chicken with Rice and Vegetables, as well as Bone in Chicken with Potatoes. They also manufacture a wide range of pastas that are made with brown rice, several different types of ice cream cones, as well as soup accompaniments.
I, in fact, receive several products from Goldbaums for the purpose of a review and would certainly recommend their products to those who need to switch to a gluten-free diet. Gluten-free foods are healthy alternatives to those who want no GMO foods, suffer from allergies or are diabetic. In fact, Goldbaums products are a healthy alternative food choice for many.
Here are some of the products that I received from Goldbaums for review purposes.
As you can see with Goldbaums products, there is quite a variety. All I might add are gluten-free, and made in a factory that is free of nuts, dairy and soy. The pasta’s are really very tasty and quite simple to make. All you have to do is boil in water for a couple of minutes and remove them from the heat. Let it sit for approximately 15 minutes in the lidded pot. The rice pasta absorbs the water and is fully cooked. There is no need to drain and might I add that the “noodles” do not stick together or feel clammy. Amazing product. I topped the brown rice spaghetti with some creamy alfredo sauce….ummmmm yummy!
The texture of the cones were crisp, although a little more prone to breakage than the traditional cones that are found in some supermarkets. The overall taste of these were superb! They are made with potato starch, tapioca starch and palm oil, along with some other stuff. I got to tell you that you cannot taste the difference at all. These cones are in fact, gluten-free, no GMO, and vegan. There are two varieties for you to choose from; the chocolate sugar cones and vanilla wafer cups.
They are low in calories and have a 12 month shelf life!
The WonderMeals are already prepared and can be stored in your pantry. There is no need to refrigerate this product, it can be stored on your shelf. I received the Bone in Chicken with potato and have to say that I was quite surprised at the taste! The chicken was not dry at all, actually quite moist. Not bad for a convenience food. In fact, WonderMeals are great for those times when you don’t have a lunch made for work.
I have not had the chance to taste test the chow mein noodles or the mini croutons as yet, but I can imagine that they will taste just as good as Goldbaums other products.
If you are looking for great tasting, gluten-free, food products you can find Goldbaum’s products in the GF section of most supermarkets. They are also available on Amazon.com. To find out more about Goldbaum’s food products you can check them out here.

I love the story of Goldbaums products. They were produced by a father who concerned to make the gluten-free products for his children! Awesome! I am also interested in the Brown Rice Pasta. We love brown rice because it’s very healthy. Definitely I will find out if my local stores carry them!
Thanks for introducing! I love it 🙂
