Pumpkin Patch Parfait
Ingredients
1 package vanilla Oreos
1 box instant Butterscotch pudding
Shredded Coconut
Pumpkin candy
Parfait glasses
Directions
Prepare the instant as printed on the box.
Separate the vanilla Oreo cookies and remove the filling.
Put the Oreo cookies into a zip lock bag.
Use a rolling pin to crush the cookies into crumbs.
Dye the coconut in green gel food coloring by putting the coconut in a zip lock bag.
Add several drops of gel food coloring and close the bag.
Knead the color throughout the coconut.
Allow it to sit for about 30 minutes, then rinse it with cool water.
Put the coconut on paper towels to dry.
Begin to layer the parfait by placing a large spoonful of the crushed vanilla Oreo cookies on the bottom.
Add the second layer, which is the pudding.
Add a large spoonful.
For the third layer, add the green coconut for the grass.
Top it off with the pumpkin candy.
Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
