March 1st is Pig Day. Today is the day we honor this barnyard animal for its adaptability and prowess.

These animals are often overlooked when it comes to recognizing their service and great taste. Bacon lovers should be taking their hats of to this farm animal today. Me, I think I am going to go pick up Charlotte’s Web so I can read all about my favorite pig, Wilbur.
