Dress Up Your Pets Day is Jan 14th. The day sounds like a lot of fun, now doesn’t it. How many of us have helped our children dress up our pet pooch or kitty in the latest pet costume craze. Well, I have not actually purchased a costume to dress up our kitty but she has adorned some pretty fancy hats and even doll clothes when she was younger. Same with the cat before her. Dressing up the family pet is fun and at times functional.
Some people dress up their pets for fun or to snap a photo with them in all their fancy attire. Other times people dress up their pet to provide them with some sort of comfort. Dogs have been seen with cute little sweaters to keep them warm or even fancy boots to keep their feet dry and warm. Dress Up Your Pets Day can be fun for you and your pet. Remember not to overdo it though. Fido will love all the extra attention he is getting.
