Tonight’s dinner was done in the actifry…Tossed in some boneless chicken breasts as well as some thighs and topped them off with garlic powder and barbeque spice. Not the liquid kind, mind you, as thru experimentation, I noticed that anything with sauce really tends to get messy. Set the timer for 25 minutes and presto, all cooked and nice and brown with no fat. I tossed in some cheddar and potato perogies, along with some potato and onion ones and set the timer for 15 min. No need to add oil as I used the little bit that came off of the chicken. Macaroni and potato and egg salad to go along with that, on a bed of lettuce leaves. Don’t think I’ll eat until around 12ish tonight, I had a late brekky.
