Blueberry & Cream Skillet Cobbler

Blueberries & Cream Skillet Cobbler
You Will Need
1 stick butter
1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg lightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 quart blueberries
4 ounces cream cheese cut in small pieces
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt butter in your skillet.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the egg, milk, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Pour directly over the butter in the skillet, but do not stir.
4. Add the blueberries.
5. Sprinkle cream cheese pieces over blueberries.
6. Place in preheated oven and bake 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown and edges are bubbling.

Yes. It would be perfect for that occasion. You can choose any fresh fruit that you enjoy. I have made it with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Very delicious.
Is the amount of blueberries a mistake? 2 quarts of blueberries seems like way too much for a skillet size pan
