I think it would be awesome to prepare the meals sent to you. You have all the ingredients you need right in front of you. It seems like every time I make something I’m missing at least one ingredient so I have to make a quick run to the grocery store.
This is great! I like that they offer vegetarian options too!
The Chicken Breast with White Bean and Apple Salsa and Sauteed Butternut Squash and Feta sounds great. My son is a vegetarian so I would be curious to what is offered on their vegetarian menus.
