Sometimes people are to rushed to have breakfast and need to grab something fast. Plan on having a batch of these breakfast cookies available for times like this. These are easy to make and only take a few ingredients. These Banana Cranberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies will sure hit the spot.
Banana Raisin/Cranberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients-
2 ripe banana’s, mashed.
1 c. quick cooking oats
½ c. dried cranberries
Non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium size bowl mash the bananas and stir in oats and dried fruit.
Place by rounded tablespoon on the baking sheet and bake for 14-15 minutes until firm and golden brown.
**Makes about 15 cookies.
