FollowDec 18th is Bake Cookies Day! Yumm…….How many of us are going to bake cookies on Bake Cookies Day? I can just imagine the smell of baked cookies wafting through homes across the nation and the world. I will probably be baking some cookies myself, probably thumbprint cookies, shortbread, chocolate chip, molasses, and maybe even oatmeal.

I was going to make gingerbread cookies but will wait to see how I am feeling. Might make them all or just a couple. Going to head over to the fridge and set out the butter for the shortbread.
