Two Different Colored Shoes Day is May 3rd. It was created as a fun and silly day to do something that you would not normally do any other day of the year. The reason for this is to show how diverse you can be.
I remember one time rushing out the door and having two pairs of boots that were the same style and almost the same color. Yes, I unknowingly went to the grocery store with two different colored boots. I did not notice it at all until I got under those bright lights. I felt so silly and out of place. This happened way before this day became a national day and boy did I feel silly.
