I recently received a large jar of Antioxidant Omega 3 Greens from Tropical Traditions to review and found that it was easily mixed into liquids. All you have to do is put it into a 8-10 ounce glass of water, or any other type of liquid drink, stir and enjoy. This can be taken during the morning as a meal replacement. It is full of nutritional goodness that will help you to start your day off right. It supports nutrition, your immune system as well as your digestion and circulation.
