Most of us learn our first words from our parents and then through an education system. Some even take a language course to learn a new language for pleasure or job opportunity. Others learn it for the purpose of travel. Learning the mother tongue of a country you are planning on visiting makes things a little more comfortable for the tourist. Personally speaking, I only am fluent in one language and that is English.

If you had the opportunity to learn a new language other than your Mother tongue, what would the language be? And why?
