FollowRoast Leg of Lamb Day
Roast Leg of Lamb Day is May 7th. Mmmmm.. just thinking about it cooking in the oven, topped with rosemary and thyme has me drooling.
I love the taste of this meat but do not cook it often enough. I had it twice already for the year, once I curried it and the other time I roasted it in the oven along with some root vegetables.
Tonight we are having Mommy’s Macaroni. My whole family loves it! Heading to the kitchen now to get some so I can stop imaging that roast leg of lamb.
