Unicorn Poop Shooters Cheesecake Dessert

Graham Cracker Crust Recipe
Crust Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 TBSP sugar
5 TBSP butter, melted
6 plastic dessert shooters
Crust Directions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.
Scoop a tablespoon of the crust and put it on the bottom of the dessert shooters.
Cheesecake Ingredients
1 tub of ready made cheesecake filling
Food coloring in pink, blue, purple, and yellow
4 disposable pastry bags
Cheesecake Directions
Split the cheesecake filling into 4 bowls.
Add 1 food color to each of the 4 bowls. Stir to combine.
Scoop one color of each of the cheesecake fillings into a disposable pastry bag.
Cut the pastry bag tip.
Twist the top of the bag so you can easily pipe the cheesecake into the dessert shooter.
Begin to add the cheesecake filling, one color at a time to each of the dessert shooters.
Add the each of the other colors in layers to each dessert cup.

Whipped Cream Topping
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Place mixing bowl and beater in the freezer to chill for about 5-10 minutes.
Add all of the ingredients to the chilled bowl.
Beat on medium speed until the whipped cream holds a soft peak.
Scoop whipped cream into a pastry bag with a large star tip.
Twist the open end of the pastry bag to push the whipping cream to the tip.
Pipe a dollop of whipped cream on top of the cheesecake filled dessert shooters.
Additional Toppings (Optional)
Rainbow Sprinkles
Rainbow marshmallows from Lucky Charms cereal
Directions
Add sprinkles to the top of the whipped cream, then place a rainbow marshmallow in the center.
