Instructions
  1. Line a 9 x 9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray the paper with baking spray. Set aside Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 can of the sweetened condensed milk to a small saucepan. Turn on the heat to a low setting to melt the chocolate. You may have to turn the heat up to a medium-low in order to melt the chocolate. Pay close attention to the amount of heat you are using as you do not want the chocolate to burn,. Use a wooden spoon to stir the chocolate. Stir consistently until the chocolate is melted completely. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper lined baking dish. Take out another small saucepan and place on stove. Add the white chocolate chips and the last can of sweetened condensed milk to the saucepan. Melt the white chocolate/sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir constantly to combine and make sure not to burn the chocolate. Once the chocolate is melted, mix in the peppermint extract, the peppermint chocolate chips and 1/3 of the crushed candy canes. Mix well to combine. Pour the white chocolate over the dark chocolate in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the remaining crushed candy canes. Place the filled baking pan into the fridge and allow to cool overnight. The next day, cut the No Bake Peppermint Bark Fudge into 1 inch squares. Place the fudge onto a festive holiday plate and place on dessert table and serve to family and friends. Do you do any holiday baking during the Christmas season?
