I received a nutritional supplement the other day from Ascenta to do a product review. It was a 200 ml bottle of Omega 3 fish oils, that is known by the name of NutraSea. It comes in two flavors, mango and lemon and not being particularly fond of lemon, I was sure glad to receive the mango flavor instead.

For those of you who are not familiar with the benefits of taking an Omega 3 supplement, they contain important essential fatty acids that our bodies need,but cannot produce. Another thing that Ascenta NutraSea contains is DHA, which is basically essential fatty acid for the brain. Ascenta NutraSea also has EPA, which aids in promoting good cardiovascular health.

The product can be used by children 14 yrs and older and adults. It is a colorless liquid that is relatively easy to take, all you do is pour one teaspoon of the oil onto a spoon and then digest the oil. The mango one is pleasantly flavored and is of pharmaceutical quality. It contains no gluten, dairy, artificial colors or flavors, or yeast.

NutraSea also aids in improving your immune system, relieving dry skin conditions, enhancing concentration and attentiveness, and reducing inflammation.

It contains fish oil from sardines, anchovies and mackerel, green tea extracts, natural tocopherols, and natural mango flavors.It is purified and then sent out to be tested by a third party for dangerous chemicals to verify the purity. The NutraSea Mango is also absorbed quickly by the human body.

I have used the product for a couple of days now and can already feel the some of the difference it has made to my health. My facial skin is definitely feeling less taunt and dry. I will continue to use this product as I like the taste, the quality, and, of course, the benefits of using an Omega 3 fish oil supplement to help promote a healthy lifestyle.

My only disappointment is that I wish that the NutraSea Omega 3 Fish Oils-Mango flavor was available in capsule form.
