My Barnyard Friends in one of the many plush toys made by Aurora World Inc. They are manufacturers of soft, plushy toys for babies and young children. My Barnyard Friends is one of the baby soft toys that this company makes. Baby Talk gift sets are interactive to enhance playtime fun. They are designed for ages 3 and up and sizes vary from 6-8 inches.
My jungle Friends just one of the sets available in their Baby Talk line was the winner of the 2014 Toy of the Year Award as chosen by Creative Child. Other sets include My Forest Friends, My First Pet, My Aquarium, My Photo Safari, My First Purse, My Beach House, My Farm Friends, My Fantasy Castle, My Sand Castle, and the set that I reviewed, My Barnyard Friends.
I was quite surprised at the quality of My Barnyard Friends. The barn is soft, yet durable. I like the fact that it doubles as a toy storage area and is easily transportable. It opens and closes with Velcro which is very kid-friendly. When I opened the barn roof, much to my delight, inside were 4 small plush farm animals.
These farm animals were a duck, rooster, pig and cow. I am known to have a soft spot for cows! I first picked up the rooster and squeezed the tummy area. “Cock-a-doodle-doo, cock-a-doodle-doo” is what I heard. The cow mooed, the pig squeaked, and the duck was a rattle. I like the fact that these are play and learn toys. A child would be able to spend hours playing with these animals and learning of the sounds that her make. Two thumbs up for My Barnyard Friends. I would recommend this toy to anyone with babies or toddlers. It also makes a great gift item.
I also received another item from Aurora World Inc. for review purposes, it was a stuffed dog and kitty. It is part of their Miyoni – Unlikely Friends series of stuffed animals that are great for all ages.The Miyoni Line is handcrafted and hand finished.
These are approximately 12″ tall and are soft and cuddly. The set of Unlikely friends that I received was the Chocolate Lab and Kitty. This was also a winner of an award. It won the Creative Child’s 2014 Plush Toy of the Year. As you can see by the photo below, this award was well deserved!

What beautiful toys! I LOVE old fashioned, hand crafted toys and seek those out. They have so much more personlaity and tend to stand the test of time. My daughter would love those stuffed toys!
