In 2001, Beckley launched the Merlot Skin Care Line. The Merlot Skin Care products are gentle on your skin, and packed with nutrients as well as antioxidants that are derived from grape seed. I was lucky to have the opportunity to review some of the products in the Merlot Skin Care Line.

The Merlot products helps to nourish, replenish, and revitalize skin that has been exposed to smog, pollution, UV rays, smoke, as well as stress. The Merlot Skin Care Line also works to relieve the signs of aging.

One of the products I received was the Merlot Moisturizer. It is made with natural red grape seed and contains antioxidant products that work as a primer to be worn under makeup or even just by itself to help you add moisture before the start of the day. The Merlot Moisturizer is oil-free, contains SPF 15, and is fragrance free. When I put a little of it on my face, it did feel softer and smoother. Luckily for me, it did not contain any perfume to irritate my sensitive skin. This moisturizer is a product that I will continue to use a couple of times a week.

The Merlot Night Cream is also made from the grape seed. This powerful night cream reduces the signs of aging and also helps to increase the skin layers with prolonged use. The night cream is to be applied just before bedtime and helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. What I like about the night cream is that it absorbs into the skin really well and does not feel greasy at all. And what is even better still, is the fact that it works and is does not cost a lot of money like some other skin care creams do.

The Merlot Body Butter is another product that I received for review purposes. The Merlot Body Butter comes in an 8 oz jar and also contains grape seed extract, along with other butters and extracts that are made to help soothe, moisturize, and replenish your skin from head to toe. The Merlot Body Butter is creamy and smooth, and is light purple in color. It is great to use after a bath or shower and nourishes your skin for a full 24 hours.

The Merlot Hand Cream works gently, yet efficiently in softening the hands without leaving a greasy feeling. I noticed a difference as soon as I rubbed it into my skin. Definitely one of my favorites.
