FollowFeb 20th is Love Your Pet Day. It is also Cherry Pie Day. My favorite kind of pie. However, choosing which one to blog about was not difficult at all. Love Your Pet Day should really be every day of the year, no matter what.
I know that I love the pets that we have in our home. Having a pet also helps to teach others about responsibility. There is feeding, cleaning, and maintenance to be done. In turn, your pet will be thankful and provide companionship and love.
Both of our domestic pets are very social. They love hearing and watching tv. And in a moments notice they are quick to show you that they care. Whether it is making conversation in their pet voices, running to greet you, or plopping down on your lap.
Having a pet to look at, cuddle, or talk to helps to relieve stress. My two fur babies are asleep in their beds. They will be up in a hour or so to run amok and I can hardly wait!
Remember to always Love Your Pet… the love that is returned cannot be measured.
