FollowGrilled Cheese Sandwich Day
April 12th is Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day. Mmmm. One of my favorite hot sandwiches. I love to make these with Old Cheddar cheese.
You can change up the flavor of this by switching out the cheese type as well as what bread you use. During the fall and winter, I love this with a dish of tomato soup. Once the weather starts to warm up, this with a salad on the side makes a delicious lunch.
