Now the Gluten Free Restaurant Guide is full of information for those who want to dine at local establishments but feel restricted due to their gluten-free diet.

It has 482 pages and alphabetically lists restaurants across the US that have gluten-free items on their menu. For the gluten-free traveler, this book is a godsend. It also lists major cities and then other gluten-free establishments that are within that particular state. The next section includes lists and menu items.
