It has 482 pages and alphabetically lists restaurants across the US that have gluten-free items on their menu. For the gluten-free traveler, this book is a godsend. It list 6500 restaurants that serve gluten-free food.
The first section of the guide has helpful tips for those that are new to eating gluten-free. The second section lists the restaurants by state. It also lists major cities and then other gluten-free establishments that are within that particular state. The next section includes lists and menu items.
The Gluten-Free Restaurant Guide also mentions whether or not the restaurant is 100% gluten-free, or is part of a chain of restaurants that offer a varied selection of gluten-free menu items. It also lists the dollar amount as well as whether gluten-free breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are served.
The Gluten-Free Restaurant Guide is really handy if you or a family member suffer from Celiac disease. It also makes a great gift item. It provides a wealth of information for those looking to dine out at a restaurant that has gluten-free items on their menu.
