Well, there is a service that is being offered to those who get married in Ontario, primarily in the GTA and surrounding area and that is, white rock doves (white homing pigeons) releases.
These birds are raised from birth in a special loft, and are fed special food and vaccinated and so forth. They are born with the instinct of being able to learn what their home loft looks like and are taught to learn the sound of their owners whistle, or even the shaking of the feed can. They can and do recognize their loft when they get a little older. These birds are trained by their owner and are a beautiful sight.

It is an amazing, breathtaking event to have either a pair of white rock doves, or a flock or a pair and a flock released into the air on your wedding day or other event.
