I have used this product myself and I can highly recommend it. When we can’t say no to fried foods, this is what I cook them in. It does not leave a coconut flavor on the food at all. In fact, I think it allows the true flavor of the food come though. The house doesn’t smell oily when you fry with it I have also used it as a spread on toast. It is much better for you then butter or any butter substitute. I’d give it a 5 star rating. Terrific.
