Just a way to save some extra cash. You can find coupons in the Sunday paper, several online sites, various smartphone apps, on the back of receipts, in store and on the products themselves. They really are everywhere

2. Make a Menu Plan
When you make a menu plan you know exactly what you need to buy at the store. Start off small by making a week menu plan. Get the family involved in your planning. Going through your local ads will help you decide what to eat for the week by seeing what is on sale. With a menu plan you won’t buy things you don’t really need. Plus it will help you to start eating healthier.

3. DIY
Stop buying prepackaged food! It is so much cheaper to just make various food items yourself. If time is an issue, there are hundreds of things that can be made ahead of time and kept in the freezer. This is where a menu planner comes in handy again. Not only is it cheaper but also healthier than most packaged foods.
