  1. Add your pork chops to a large bowl. Pour in enough of your Oriental Seasoning mix to thoroughly coat the pork chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place the bowl in your refrigerator for two hours to marinate. Add 3 Tbsp. of Olive Oil into a cast iron skillet. Turn on stove to medium to high heat. Once the oil has heated to a boiling point, add in your pork chops and cook on high for 4 minutes, until it is lightly crispy. Turn over and cook the other side for 4 minutes as well. Then reduce the heat to medium and cook both sides for an additional 4 minutes each. While the pork chops are cooking, chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Chop and rinse all of your vegetables. Allow them to and air dry for a few minutes. Take the pork chops out of the cast iron pan and place on a plate until all the vegetables have been cooked. Now, add your carrots, broccoli, yellow squash and snow peas to the cast iron pan and saute’ for 12 minutes on medium heat. Stir often. Turn off the heat on your stove top and take the cooked pork chops from the plate and place them on top of the cooked vegetables. Optional-Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
